Our Property Management Services includes the following:

• Rental Valuations
• Introducing and vetting applicants
  
• Preparing and Serving Tenancy Agreements
  
• Taking Inventories
  
• Collecting and holding deposits
  
• Rent collections
  
• Inspections of the property on regular basis
  
• Organising Gas and Electrical Safety Certificates
  
• Overseeing repairs and making payment for those repairs
  
• Advertising the property when appropriate in local newspapers
  
• Fees are 8%, No VAT, per calendar month – £100 for every new tenant
