Selecting a property
Is the property you are looking for furnished, unfurnished 1, 2, 3, or 4 bedroom properties? Your tenancy agreement
The tenancy agreement is a legal document and will be an Assured Shorthold tenancy. Normally for a minimum of 6 months, and running monthly after the initial period.

Responsibility of the Tenants
It is the responsibility of the tenant to look after the property in a caring manner, to report any faults, and to let the Landlord or Agent to fix any faults and carry out all safety checks.
